WOD

I'm on this sandbag kick and i love it. Today's WOD was:

10 sandbag front squats
20 hand release push ups
  8 sandbag front squats
30 hand release push ups
  6 sandbag front squats
40 hand release push ups
 4 sandbag front squats
50 hand release push ups
 2 sandbag front squats
60 hand release push ups. 

The guys had another amazing day. Every time they show up, i am presently surprised. Their showing tremendous fortitude and i couldn't be happier.
